
Terms of Service
At Tax Elite, we strive to provide accurate and high-quality income tax preparation services. Our policies regarding invoices, disputes, and refunds are outlined below:
Invoicing & Approval Process
If an invoice is sent prior to work being completed, it will be set at Net-14 or Net-30 terms, allowing clients time to review and approve the work before payment is due.
If an invoice is sent after work is completed, it is only sent after the client has reviewed, approved, and signed off on the work.
Refund Policy
Once an invoice is paid, it is assumed that the work has been reviewed and approved by the client. As a result, all payments are final and refunds will not be issued.
In the event of an error or issue on either party’s part, a full or partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Tax Elite.
Disputes & Resolutions
If a client has concerns about their tax preparation service, we encourage them to contact us immediately to discuss a resolution. We are committed to addressing any valid concerns in a fair and timely manner.
