Terms of Service

At Tax Elite, we strive to provide accurate and high-quality income tax preparation services. Our policies regarding invoices, disputes, and refunds are outlined below:

Invoicing & Approval Process

  • If an invoice is sent prior to work being completed, it will be set at Net-14 or Net-30 terms, allowing clients time to review and approve the work before payment is due.

  • If an invoice is sent after work is completed, it is only sent after the client has reviewed, approved, and signed off on the work.

Refund Policy

  • Once an invoice is paid, it is assumed that the work has been reviewed and approved by the client. As a result, all payments are final and refunds will not be issued.

  • In the event of an error or issue on either party’s part, a full or partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Tax Elite.

Disputes & Resolutions

If a client has concerns about their tax preparation service, we encourage them to contact us immediately to discuss a resolution. We are committed to addressing any valid concerns in a fair and timely manner.
